Hello. My name is Jacob Dinardi. Since 1996 I have been working in the the Food Processing / Aseptics field. In 2002 I officially opened my business for an additonal source of income. My primary focus was on CAD software customization and industry related software development. In the years since then I've spent countless hours working along side Process Engineers, Maintenance Mechaniccs, Line Operators, and Fabricators. A few of the postions that I've held while employed in the food industry are; Mechanical Designer, CAD Manager, and Fabrication Shop Manager.

The 1st of October marks a milestone for Dinardi Engineeering. Rick Heredia has joined the team as our first employee and my right-hand man. Rick is a
long time acquaintance of mine. He's been working in part development and prototyping within the towing industry for the last several years. While he may be a new comer to the Food Processing Industry he's a competent designer and has an excellent knowledge of 3D parametric modeling. Rick's a family man and father of 3. He has been chipping away at completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Sacramento State and has plans to become a PE after completing his degree. I'm excited to have Rick on board and look forward to building the Engineering Services side of the business with him.

Effective today I am pleased to announce that my availability is back to a standard 5-day schedule. I've enjoyed spending time with my family over the last several months and I appreciate the patience shown by my clients. Effective immediately "I'm Back!"

Recently I have made the decision to be home with our new baby 2 days a week. Because of this I will be available Wednesday through Friday and weekends as needed. If necessary I may be able to make myself available Monday and/or Tuesday if given prior notice.
