Dinardi Engineering has been working with our clients in the food, dairy, and beverage industry since 2002. Initially we focused on streamlining Engineering software and CAD systems. The evolution of our business now allows us to provide project management, process design, and machine design services to our clients.

10/01/2007
The 1st of October marks a milestone for Dinardi Engineeering. Rick Heredia has joined the team as our first employee and my right-hand man. Rick is a long time acquaintance of mine. He's been working in part development and prototyping within the towing industry for the last several years. While he may be a new comer to the Food Processing Industry he's a competent designer and has an excellent knowledge of 3D parametric modeling. Rick's a family man and father of 3. He has been chipping away at completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Sacramento State and has plans to become a PE after completing his degree. I'm excited to have Rick on board and look forward to building the Engineering Services side of the business with him.

Effective today I am pleased to announce that my availability is back to a standard 5-day schedule. I've enjoyed spending time with my family over the last several months and I appreciate the patience shown by my clients. Effective immediately "I'm Back!"

Recently I have made the decision to be home with our new baby 2 days a week. Because of this I will be available Wednesday through Friday and weekends as needed. If necessary I may be able to make myself available Monday and/or Tuesday if given prior notice.
